About us

SAFE SPORT is a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting safeguarding and welfare in sport and non-school activities for children and young people.

Our Mission

Our mission is to support organizations to establish, implement and maintain safeguarding practices, to minimize the risk of abuse and ensure that sport and other non-school activities remain safe and enjoyable for all participants.

Safeguarding Training

Specialized training courses for professionals of sport, and other non-school activities, for the application of safeguarding and welfare.

The courses are suitable for: Trainers, coaches, instructors, teachers, sporting- event and competition organizers, safeguarding officers and board members.

Consulting

Our team of experts provide consultancy and training services tailor-made to an organization's specific requirements:

develops/reviews safeguarding policies and procedures
develops safeguarding plans
delivers training to organization's staff

Basic Safeguarding Training Course

regular responsibility for children and young people – supervised
regular responsibility for children and young people – unsupervised
